While you are a customer, we will not onboard another meal-prep or catering operator inside your delivery radius.

You are not helping us arm your local competition. You define your radius at signing, and it's written into the agreement.

Founding Operator terms — first three operators only

You'd be among the first three kitchens outside our own to run MISE. That's worth something to us, so:

In exchange: you agree to take an occasional reference call from another operator considering MISE, and let us describe your results in a written case study. You approve anything before it's published, and we never publish your revenue figures.

This terms sheet summarizes the commercial terms we discussed. A full agreement will follow for signature.
